Thank You for the reply but the assumption about the Brandon address is not correct as I do not own any property in SD but I do stay there and do return there. The Brandon address is where I first landed when I came into SD and at this time Minnehaha County is my county of residence.
I guess the question should be does the Mail Service you use in SD use PMB numbers? That seems to be the big issue. In your case you had something that showed an apartment number and that seemed to work. However AR out of Sioux Falls says the Apt instead of the PMB is frowned on by the post office.
