In buying the RV you have that cost plus camp fees, propane, prep for cold weather etc and then what are you going to do with it when you move into a house. You will take some amount of financial hit and what if you have freeze damage. You will be way better off in a stick built structure in the Colorado winters.
We will have the RV paid for.
