Hello again, What I want is a reliable, smallish, easy to drive RV. Probably a smaller class C motor home. I don't want slide outs, just enough room for one person...and maybe a small dog : ) Nothing...

My clipper is 40 years old and the cabover has not leaked nor is it leaking. With proper maintenance, I expect it will not leak for another 40 years.
Saying the cabover has, is, or will leak is like saying a slide out has, is, or will not work. It's based on a reality (a cabover is one more potential area for a leak just like a slide out is one more potential for a failure), but it's not a definitive.
