Hello again, What I want is a reliable, smallish, easy to drive RV. Probably a smaller class C motor home. I don't want slide outs, just enough room for one person...and maybe a small dog : ) Nothing...

A used RV can save a ton of money. RVs depreciate very rapidly. Many are used very lightly. People buy them thinking they will have great vacations and spend little money. Owning an RV is an expensive nuisance for just a few weekends and a couple of weeks of vacation. On top of that families with young kids quickly find out that within a few years they cannot drag their kids on a camping trip.
I was able to buy a used RV that was almost never used. In fact the owners paid to store it on the dealers lot and they actually "camped" on the dealers lot for a few weekends. I don't think they even cooked in it.
After a few years of sitting idle, they decided to sell and the dealer sold it on consignment. He guaranteed me a perfect unit and of course he charged the seller for any repairs needed.
