You are most welcome for the advice. As Bumpy said, avoiding a unit with water damage is perhaps most important no matter where you buy it. IMHO, water damage issues are frequently only addressable by only the best of DIY'ers and even most of them don't consider dealing with water damage worth the time even when given the RV for free.
Many of the house components are fixable by most people who know how to do a search on the Internet. Exceptions include serious fridge and AC issues, for me anyway.
We have really been lucky so far. Most of what I have needed to fix was done with assistance and advice from kind folks here. There are some really helpful and extremely knowledgable people on this board thankfully.
