$35 per night average for camping = $1050 per month or $12,600 per year.
Diesel fuel (Class A) - 1080 miles on 1 tank (135 gallons) - 8 mpg - we move about once a week. At $4.00 per gallon it costs $12,900 for fuel.
Insurance, maintenance, tags, health insurance you can add what your actual costs are.
We don't include food because we eat the same as we did at home - actually our food costs went down because we grill out and don't eat in restaurants too often on the road.
We don't go to pricey touristy things.
So just for camping and fuel last year we spent about $25,560.
If you move less (once a month) your fuel costs will be less and you will take advantage of monthly rates at campgrounds.
If you boondock more your camping fees will be a lot less. We prefer not to boondock.
