There always something to hold on to while walking and not a lot of walking to the bathroom or kitchen. Physical therapists and visiting nurses will even come in, in needed. As far as being able to come off the road on a moment's notice - we've seen many easily doing it. We would not keep a house for that reason.
Same here. Multiple surgeries, including another one tomorrow. I prefer to recovery in our trailer.
When in the hosptial and in a private room, the toilet was further away from my bed than my whole house on wheels is long!!
