NO!!! We do not regret selling our house. We had no desire to live in the town. A few years later we did buy another house - a real estate market decision as prices were starting to inch upwards in the area where we bought. We love the house/home base and guess we are now snowbirds/most-timers. The house price has gone up $25k since we bought 2 years ago. So we're good with our decision.
