Do I miss the house? Shoot how I miss mowing, running the snow blower, trimming the shrubs, general yearly house maintenance, water bills, sewer bills, power bills, city, county, school taxes, got to be home to do this or that. Never have missed it since going full time eleven years ago!!! And after having known several couples who leased their homes, not to go full timing but for job requirements, with the idea of coming back to that house upon retirement etc., that didn't work either, because according to them, it is no longer home since someone else lived there in the meantime. So that wasn't even on the radar for us. Another thing is the kids can't come home again to live, this is YOUR life.
