Hmmmmmmmm.....interesting article if ya don't look behind the puhleese buy my self printed books that help to fund my I'm retired curtain;). Or the fact that they ignore the reality that this country gives a tax (errrrr rent in the authors' parlance)break unequal to much of the world for home ownership.
All economic markets are cyclic and I find it disingenuous of the authors to neglect to mention that as they continue to purchase and sell stocks.
Do I agree with some of their thoughts? Certainly. Yet the entire package as presented is not for the average person or even in totality as they present it for themselves I suspect.
