Yes fiesta Grande is a over 55 community but by no means an old folks place. The resort is not kid friendly which is a plus to us
But there are lots of Resorts without the restriction.
My wife and I love fiesta grande and we find the activities well planned and varied enough to keep us interested all winter. IN addition the resort is located walking distance from many stores, restaurants, movies etc. We do not tow so are dependent on shoe leather.
The sightseeing opportunities are amazing The people are friendly. We travel from the Thousand Islands of New York to Arizona.
118 days last winter with no rain and very low humidity. Never had to run the A/C but there were 10 - 15 times were heat was needed in the night.
