Best small BBQ Smoker

Define small. I have a small Traeger smoker that works great. It's similar to a small gas grill size and has wheels.

I have a teager and it is a good smoker. but if you want electric you can get the masterbuilt it is sold on QVC or on line

If you want some good SC pit cooked BBQ and like vinegar based you can not go wrong with a trip to Hemingway and drop by Scotts BBQ. (you can google it). Really good stuff. It is your basic "hole in the wall" kind of place which I have always found has the best food.

I full time and have a Green Mountain Grills Davy Crockett pellet grill. This is their portable model. The legs fold up, becoming big handles and making it carryable. It runs off 110v or 12v, and also comes with alligator clamps so you can attach to a 12v battery if all else fails. Comes with a temp probe and a digital readout that shows cooking temp and also internal temp of the meat. Can set the temp between about 170-500 degrees in 5 degree increments.

They are big enough to cook a turkey or two 6 pound chickens (did that the other day).

Additionally, they are now WiFi enabled and GMG has an app that allows you to monitor cooking temps and control the thing with your phone !!

Webers 14.5 wsm smoker.

We just bought a Weber Smokey Mountain 14" smoker and are LOVING it. Do a google search, and you will find that this smoker is the one everyone tries to beat, although in the 18" size. We wanted to carry it with us also, but a brisket is going to be tough to do in the 14.
