I don't have a blog. But, thanks for sharing yours.

Hah, yeah. My father was a bit...eccentric.

Too many blogs that I have seen are not worth my time. That is not to say that all are, I do frequent a couple I find worthwhile. I find FB good enough for the few comments on our adventures and problems. Those are most for our friends and family that like to keep in touch.

My posts tend to be too wordy for Facebook, not to say we don't use that too.

We keep a separate trip journal for each years trip. They're located at the link in our signature.

We have a trip journal/diary. I keep for mainly myself as we travel, but it also updates our friends and family as to our location and activities.

I keep a Day One journal.
Started by sharing it with family for the first couple months, but that didn't last too long.
No one can understand this life style, unless they are living it, and our journal has personal thoughts and feelings, along with our campsite pics. Most of those thoughts are not things we want to share with anyone.
It's something that a dozen years from now, we can look back on, laugh, and remember.
I read a little of yours. We definitely understand the feeling of seeing so many amazing things for the first time. DH grew up in So Cal and was a city boy. I grew up in Tucson, so all this is new to us. It's a pretty cool feeling isn't it?
Love it! Longtime fulltimers say it keeps getting better and better. Not sure if that's possible, but we are constantly looking forward to each new day.
