Consider volunteering at Federal and State facilities. The work is usually not hard or demanding and the hours worked for a campsite are usually 30 hours per week or less. Most of the work is fun, easy, and rewarding. Almost without exception, the staff so appreciate the volunteers' work that they treat their volunteers like royalty. As a plus, the campsites are in premium locations, and sometimes in locations that you could not rent for any amount of money. Nothing like camping for free!
