Chasing 75 degree weather all year? Need some input

One of the biggest reasons I'm living in my RV is so I can chase the climate, west coast only. I was dreaming today of a mythical place(s) where it's "always" 75 degrees, with very low humidity and...

I would think San Miguel de Allende would be close. Not exactly the west coast though. Kinda almost dead centre of the continent.

Lake Chapala? Almost the west coast.

You never said where in North America. :)
