Since you won't be retracting the slides, I'd beef up their R value with Styrofoam blocks cut to friction fit and secured in place with Gorilla Tape.
I've camped at -37 C.
You will need to protect the absorption fridge.
I heat 100% electrically and use propane as a back up heating system should the power fail. My RV is inherently easier to keep warm than yours as I have no slides. I've done a great many modifications which I posted about in the winter camping thread.
Oil filled electric heaters are about the safest that can be found. They do eventually burn out. DAMHIK
