That's news to me, but, things change. I know they don't (usually) send techs to RVs, but send a receiver, yeah.
I can't give you any number to call.. they all end up at the same place...but giving them an address to ship to doesn't seem all that difficult. If they don't service RVs then I guess that would mean they're cutting your service? :)
If you do happen to get a DVR, are you sticking with SD?
