Try the Wineguard site, they'll get new receivers to you. With Direct, don't talk to the first person, just tell them you are angry & you need a supervisor in their MOBILE section. Then tell the next person you want their supervisor because you are going to yell at someone, the will probably get you someone who knows about mobile accounts. Be firm but persistent with them.
