We had a bit of a problem when we recently upgraded to a Genie. DirecTv scheduled the installer at our service address even though we gave them the address where we were staying. Solution was to have our service address temporarily changed until the new equipment was installed and then we changed it back. The installer came with the equipment, set it up, and removed the old equipment. The installer was knowledgable about RVs and we received great service. We have DNS and never look at the locals. We are fulltimers and have our service address in the Midwest so spouse can follow his favorite sporting teams,
