We finally talked to a supervisor who said they would not even send a new receiver to an RV. They don't service RV's at all. Talked to at least 9 different people and they all have a different story. Different prices too. We are soooo fed up with Direct TV. Does anyone have a special number for DTV that will get us to the people who understand about fulltime RVers??
We have had the exact same problem w Directv. So now, we don't tell them that we have a sit in a trailer park. Just give them the address of the campground; have the service guy call you when he arrives at the gate. Then you can guide him to your site.
