Sorry, but something isn't tracking. Are you saying you are leasing the dish as well as the receiver from Direct TV.? We purchased our dish/tripod separately, we own them. Now the receiver is Direct TV's so when you cancel your account you need to return the receiver to them.
I'm not sure why you are getting a run around, because getting the service address change isn't hard. You might need to talk to a supervisor, but loads of RVers get their address changed every day. You seem to have too many addresses and accounts and that would add to the confusion. Just cancel the accounts, send the receivers back and get hooked up with Dish.
