We called once, and they said go to an RV Dealer where they would come.
When we bought the unit a Direct TV Tech tuned the receiver and dish at that Dealer.
We have run into the same insanity as others. They wouldn't switch our billing address to our new home address unless they came out and switched the equipment and there was a hefty charge and add other TVs.
We tried English but it apparently doesn't conform to their script.
We got a great deal through AT&T/Direct at Sams but when got the call from the lunny old bat. /tried several phone calls, would not listen. We could not get new service at our address but had to switch the service from the old home. There was never any service there. It was simply the billing address.
Finally had to get two accounts RV is in wife's Home in mine and billing address is still old home on hers. Paid online.
I threatened to drop them and go with Dish and they said they would come and out and get my dish and my Receiver time after time. I told them and had the receipt where they were bought and paid for with the coach.
They even threatened to bring the Sheriff. I told them fine and I will sue you for theft.
The management is trying to screw people into paying for changing service where it doesn't exist and hefty fees no discount for additional at new locaation.
OMG why do people use DTV?
