We always change our Installation address to the current RV Park, so we can get locals for weather and shopping. 2 years ago, a Tech brought us a new Genie HD DVR in a KS RVP and we took away one of the older 2-DVR's. But it didn't go very smoothly this time in SE OK.
After talking to 4 other CSR's including their Trouble shooting Dept that said we couldn't get Shreveport Locals with the Dish we had installed on our RV, I had him wait a few days and call the 888 *Move #. A Tech will be coming to our RV Park next Sat to either install a dish that picks up the right Satellite and/or add a wireless Genie to our outside TV.
Whether it works or not, DH doesn't care. He got the NFL pkg for Free this year calling the Move #. And I'm already used to watching and taping the NY/LA stations.
