Locals last some distance depending on where they originate. You might want to check into DNS so you'll get either LA or NY networks.
Upgrading receivers may need a call, but they also have an option online. We order PPV online. I can change billing address online, but need to call to change Location address. Can also change programming (Pkg or adding Movie Channels) online with just a click of the button on our account.
