Register the RV with DTV and get a RV account. Use a vendor to install the equipment.
We have DTV at home and take the receiver with us when we travel in the RV, one account and change the locals as required.
Both Dish and DTV have pros/cons. Dish probably has the better service for changing locals. Thousands of posts on this topic.
