You appear to have a very solid plan. Though it sounds like a whole lot of money, your nest-egg will not go very far supplimenting your SS while retaining enough money to exit full time RVing. The 800lb gorilla in the room is your health insurance costs. Individual insurance is rapidly becoming unaffordable, even for the fairly well off. It is almost impossible to estimate what a plan will cost when you finally retire, especially if there are pre-existing conditions. IF, and that is a very big IF, you could hold out until you are eligible for Medicare, you will have a much larger net worth to sustain your lifestyles. Three years of health premiums will chew a huge chunk out of your net worth. Is it possible for you to get creative and keep your medical benefits until Medicare? Maybe working part-time, working from the road, creatively taking vacation or some combination of several stategies? It would be sad to have to live on much less for the next 30 years because health care destroyed your funds in exchange for retiring 3 years early.
