What has been others experiences with Camping World service?
IMHO: CW is a great place to retail shop and buy that new folding recliner lounger you've been wanting. As for their vehicle/RV service/maintenance? I personally wouldn't let'em work on my lawnmower. Many years ago, we were billed by CW for a new installed replacement hot water heater in our TT. Later down the road that same evening, we didn't still have hot water. Upon inspection, our water heater had not been replaced. The old inoperative water heater was still in our TT. We paid close to $500 for a new water heater while killing half a day waiting for installation...only to find later down the road we didn't get one. CW gave us a refund but that was the last time I've used CW service.
There are tons of horror stories here on the forum regarding CW service. CW now and then gets it right but after our personal experience I'll never got to CW for service...ever.
Alternatives are local RV stores and the like. This forum is a great place to find good local repair facilities. Before venturing to CW for RV service, I'd check here on the forum first for a local shop. Good luck.
Happy camping!!! See y'all down the road!!!:)
