Full Timers with place to "land" aka RV park or Lot?

So in trying to figure out how this works I was thinking it might be a good thing to have a place to "land" every so often like in lower AZ. I was looking at a couple places. one: Desert Gardens R...

Financially, it's much better to rent. The two places you mentioned are not the best Arizona has to offer. Why would you want something that just about forces you to return to the same place year after year? There is so much to see in this beautiful country. Try different areas out. Try different states out.

If you buy and find out you really don't like the park or location, RV lots are not that easy to sell.
