I think Escapees is in a different category than those others. You might go to their website and read up on them to understand. Take a look at their Rainbow Parks and NON-PROFIT Co-op Parks and understand how it works.
I have stayed in several Escapees parks - Alabama, Arizona, and California.
Last summer I stayed in their California Co-op park near Coarsegold, that is only about 30 miles outside Yosemite Park. $21/nite for full hookups. This is the Escapees members price. I was blown away by this park. Buy-in is about $16k if you want one of the sites permanently. There is a waiting list (as do most/all of their parks). You must be 55.
My suggestion is to take a look at their co-op locations and if there is one in a location you like, then go for a short stay.
