I've never been one to rewatch a movie to often. Once I've seen it, I'm usually done with it. A few exceptions, that I'll rewatch every couple of years but thats just me.
That said, with the cost of data plans for mobile internet and very few that are unlimited, If your talking about a significant number over the course of a month, the best options right now are either buying the DVD, buying on Direct or Dish.
One other option I read about was someone that had a family member buy movies and many come with the digital copy that you can upload to a PC/laptop/Ipad. Their family member would always send them the digital copy certificate or DVD and they could then either pop it in the blueray player or download it when they got somewhere that had a solid, fast wireless connection.
I've never thought $5.99 was a bad price for a movie when it costs 3 times that to go to a theater or 4 times that to buy the DVD/Blueray.
