Regarding the statement that ALL KOA's accept dogs.
I have chosen over the years full timing to use KOA pretty much exclusively cause I do period. That said. some KOA's DO have specific dog rules.
And it is usually the number of dogs AND in some states that have passed 'state' and/or 'county' legislation regarding the breed ban.
The KOA's in those areas must abide by them due to insurance as do many other CG's have to follow those statutes or risk losing their insurance.
You asked a question and experienced full time RV'ers answered you from their experiences. Certainly may not have been what you wanted to hear but it is the facts and was meant to help you.
Please keep calling around to CG's you think you will use during your travels to see what the dog rules are all about BEFORE you purchase your RV. Would really hate to see you invest money on a coach and not be able to enjoy your RV'ing. Good Luck. :C
