One other point possibly in favor of the trailer would be whether you need a continious web link, or just need it for short periods.
With a trailer you could nestle in a valley in a nice spot and just go up the hill or mountain a couple of miles with the tow vehicle, work for an hour or two and then return to your solitude.
The scooter or moped could work that way for a MH until you need a surface to place work items or weather causes a problem.
I cant swear that its that easy to get somewhere to find internet access everywhere, but a mile or two shift in elevation and location makes a huge difference in the Va/NC mountains.
