I've been full-timing in my B for a bit over a year now. Every time I stop to re-organize and find more space. I also find numerous things that I simply do not use every single time. After a while I've gotten to the point that I know I have everything I need (including tools and spare tire) and even have extra room in my van. It can be a tight fit after a big grocery shopping trip, but it all works out.
Early on I fell into the "I need more storage" trap too. It's all part of the B experience though. Enjoy the successes and learn from the failures. Most importantly, have fun!
