Full time RV'ers often use their mail forwarding service address as their domicile address for vehicle registrations, driver's licenses, income taxes, voter registration, health insurance, etc. Domicile use typically requires a valid street address, not a PO box. Just offering a scanning service doesn't begin to scratch the surface of many RV'ers mail handling needs.
