There's a little know proviso in the ACA -- where you reside is what determines where you get your health plan, not necessarily your domicile.
For example, if your domicile was Texas, but you spent most of your time in Florida, then you would be eligible for a FL health plan.
However, watch if this ACA provision stays around.
