Get over it darsben. I'm not a freeloader and I made it a point to say I am looking for a library that will charge a fee. I realize they are paid for by local taxes.
If I end up getting a library card from Green Cove Springs, I guarantee I'll discuss my situation and ask to make a donation.
I don't know you and have never met you. Nobody in this world who knows me would ever consider me a freeloader.
