We have a huge pantry and I love it. stores so much. I also love my floorplan tho.
The minute you buy a floorplan 'you are not so crazy about' you will be disappointed immediately.
I would not compromise the floorplan. You must get one you love. You could even store some canned goods in your truck if needed :) you can usually find places to put anything if needed, but a rv floorplan you love is priceless.
