It's cold by you now? Maybeeeeee I shouldn't tell you it's 74 degrees by me and going into the 80's over the weekend.

Somehow I think AZ's weather will be consistently better though:).

1) We DID live thru it......we're out of the house, off the property, closing should be today (Friday) or Monday.....Everything is GONE!! :) (and I BARELY lived thru it)

2) I believe we DID make the best decision. We bought this place on the spur of the moment......had vacationed here but had never spent summers or winters here. We're older now (10 yrs later) and realize we love snow, but we don't want to live with it. Taking care of property all summer long means there's times we didn't camp at all for a year!!!!
