If you are really a full timer then you really don't need dirt! What would you garden if your plans are to leave in a few weeks or even a few months? So, it doesn't sound like you plan to full time.
What are your plans exactly? Do you mean you only plan to live in the RV full time but rarely travel?
:?
Full time does not mean you have to be on the road 365 days a year. :R
And actually most do not.
Many full timers follow the sun and spend months, an entire summer season in one place. And then move on when winter comes. Or in the case of Florida....get out of dodge BEFORE their summer starts. :W
I follow the sun and when I was in Florida during the real estate market crash I went crazy looking at beautiful houses in foreclosure that were priced less than a pick up truck!
I ended up finding a house on 1.5 acres NO hoa, unincorporated, no neighbors, where I could park my MH with no problem.
Lov'n it. The MH parked out back, house surrounded by beautiful trees. No more being crammed in a CG just to enjoy the winter in Florida. The town here offers so much. Incredible crystal blue springs, rivers, the gulf etc. I could go everyday and see and enjoy something different. Something I never could find when staying at a CG>
So to the OP, YUP, I found me some dirt with a house on it to put my levelers down in. And I can pick them right back up and head up North to enjoy the beautiful spring time any time I feel like it. :C
