Large dog issues or problems?

WE don't FT but camp regularly with a Doberman. For the most part we have no issues. There are 3-4 CG's in the mid Atlantic region with breed restrictions. However I have always found a nearby CG as an alternative when I have encountered restrictions.
I consider the restriction as the CG's lost revenue. I have had no issues finding another CG willing to take my cash.
