We traveled with a german shepherd mixed with maybe keeshound who was slightly over 50 pounds. He looked tough but was very social and a great dog and much loved by our family and everyone who met him.
It is true that many RV parks have restrictions on breeds &/or size. We never had a problem with anyone turning us away but I can't say you or anyone else will. RV parks hardly ever hold to their rules 100% of the time and use those rules as guidelines/CYA so that is someone is hurt by a dog that is outside of the rules the park has protection for liability even though the dog owner is the one ultimately responsible.
I'd say if you feel your dog behaves well in an environment that is constantly changing...different places all the time, new sounds and sights then you should be ok. But if she should show any problems...then you may have something to worry about.
