You might want to look at Tifiny RV park in Mesa, on Main St. I stayed there for about 6 months, the owner is friendly, however also protective. He does not want just any RV in his RV Park.

There are, but they involve multi-month stays. What month are you looking for - you're into the height of snowbird season now. There are some older mobile home parks that have RV sites up along McKellips that are probably under $500 for a single month. Lots of parks in Apache Junction, that are on the small side, will be $500 or a little less. Bigger parks in Mesa will be more, especially for just a one month stay.

Might want to look at Twin Palms RV Park.
