How do most of you handle maintenance medication for your needs and your pets, chronic problems that might that might flair up during full time where your primary physician may be several states away?

Our doctor gives us renewable prescriptions for an entire year. (NO narcotics). When we travel we use a nationwide chain for the meds.
If we need a doc , we ask the campground we are at for recommendation. Has never been a problem.
Our dog has it even better, All his care is done by Banfield and his records since birth, are all available at any Banfield in the country, by computer.
Wish us humans had that.
