Medicare Medigap and Drug Plan D for fullltimers

Really would like to hear some useful resolution to this; ie, how best to handle it. Thought it was only us fulltimers/intended fulltimers who were affected, but in one of the forums referenced above was a service member who's dealt with this for years.

Does it seem to work to give them one's current actual physical address (park, etc), even if it's not in the same state as one's mailing address? Has anyone found that to be a problem?
