Medicare Medigap and Drug Plan D for fullltimers

The topic has come up that NON Medicare fulltimers are having trouble getting health Ins under ACA in SD. It seems the ACA Ins carriers are requiring you to actually prove you have a physical address...

We got ACA insurance that stared Jan 1 from Avera. No questions or problems about using our Emery mail service address. Of coarse we didn't make a big deal out of it either.
