Medicare Medigap and Drug Plan D for fullltimers

The topic has come up that NON Medicare fulltimers are having trouble getting health Ins under ACA in SD. It seems the ACA Ins carriers are requiring you to actually prove you have a physical address...

We have a medigap plan and Plan D through United Health Care (brokered by AARP). They accepted our Alternative Resources mail forwarding address with no problem.
Have had claims in numerous states with no issues.
