Medicare Medigap and Drug Plan D for fullltimers

The topic has come up that NON Medicare fulltimers are having trouble getting health Ins under ACA in SD. It seems the ACA Ins carriers are requiring you to actually prove you have a physical address...

Since this post is really about the people under the age of 65 and applying for ACA. How about providing a rough cost out of pocket that you will be paying. Rough will do.
