Do any of you folks travel with a sewing machine? Maybe a small and light one? I brought my mini ultra with me this year, and it's been great to have. But, at nearly 14 lbs, it is a lot of weigh...

I am absolutely amazed at what people want to bring with them in an RV. We have had the same White sewing machine for at least 40 years. I know it has not been used in the past 3 years since we brought our current house and before then it was in storage for 3 years.
What does anyone do with a sewing machine, especially while traveling? Someone mentioned pillow cases. Yow. I think I paid $10 bucks for 4 additional pillow cases from Walmart. There is no way to buy thread and fabric to make your own at those prices. That is true of pretty much every article of clothing. I can't imagine firing up the generator to run a sewing machine to make pillow cases. The gas would cost as much as the pillow cases.
