I have been dreaming of a scenario where we could have a big enough and easy to set up camper (cannot be a toy hauler), a vehicle to tool around in once we get some place, and a golf cart for exploring the campground and making quick runs to the campground store, etc. Here's what I have come up with:
1. a class A or C with 7500 lbs towing capacity, towing a full sized, long bed pickup that is hauling the golf cart in the bed
2. a 3 slide truck camper on the back of a dually that is pulling the golf cart on a utility trailer
I see pros and cons to both and don't know which scenario and wonder how our requirements will change over the years...
