Need a sanity check or whadda think about this plan?

Managing a rental condo from afar will not be easy. Even nearby it's a challenge. Renters move in and out, you gave to find new ones (if you are lucky), repair the tenant's damage, paint, fix or pay for a new dishwasher, etc. Then the building's roof goes, so there's a hefty assessment you have to find money for. And then the condo fees increase. If you don't have renters, guess who is paying the utilities?
